How to send mail from Navison to concern Salesperson as soon as we post the sales Invoice of the customer which comes under that salesperson

That sound more like a business notification issue rather then something accomplished easily in NAV.

If you were to do it I would look at the approval functionality and develop code around it so that upon Sales.doc = 'invoice" is posted then an email would be sent to the invoice saleperson.

you should look at that business notification server as well though before undertaking a a project to make this happen
