Dataport Export field with Speech Marks

Hi Everyone,

I know this is a simple request. I am tryin to export a field using a dataport which I require speech marks around.
EXAMPLE "Test Description".

I thought I would use the STRSUBSTNO to add them which does work but the only issue there is a space added?
EXAMPLE " Test Description ".

Why aren't you using the FieldStartDelimeter and FieldEndDelimeter?

And if you can't use those for some reason it's just:
Value := '"' + FORMAT(Text) + '"';
