infostore posting, system hangs and does partial invoice

Hi All,

Client is using infostore at stores with nav4.0 sp3, client is based in Dubai. the pos is online via citrix. while doing pos sales the system hangs and gives the error ”The sale shipment header already exists, Identification fields and values". The order is still open and the Posted Purchase invoice and shipment headers are created, but no lines inserted in both posted documents. Even first item from the sales order is posted in item ledger and value entry and related gl entries are created.
In nutshell system is creating Partial posting by itself.
if any one have idea on this, please help me solving the issue...
