NAV Verticals Matrix

Sorry if this is in the wrong part of the forum, but I remember seeing a big matrix once that was MS Dynamics Solutions on one side and Vertical Industries on the other.
Basically, it gives an overview of what vertical solutions are available for what products, and (most importantly for me) where the gaps are where no solution exists. I want to say I saw it at Convergence (not this year, but the last) but I'm not sure, it also could have been at Directions.
Any ideas?
