Client Server Installation

Dear All,

I trying to implement client-server installation environment at my office which mean 1 server is used for database server and other user pc installed as "client option".

But unfortunately when i try to run RTC Client at user pc, it's failed to connect to the server db.

I did saw an article said that we have to set up delegation on the server pc. Is that compulsary? and the server must be in domain? Kindly advise. Thanks.

Delegation is only needed for 3 box setup.
For a 2 box setup you simple need to have the same user on both machines and it should work.
If you already have the same users on the both machines verify that the server is actually running. If not start it and check event viewer for errors. If all that works out good verify that you are using correct url for the machine. Try to replace the server name with the ip for the machine.
