How to determine name of page you are looking at?

So, I want to modify a list page, but I have no idea what the object is called... Is there a way (from the list page) to tell what it is that I'm looking at? I'd rather ask how than just have someone tell me in this specific example because then when it happens again I'll be equally useless :)

When on a page, click the help icon. A dropdown list should appear with the selection "about this page", which when opens will tell you the page number, name, type, mode, source table, and more.

    Ctrl+Alt+F1 works too
