Job WIP Posting NAV2009

Hi

I am having a bit of a headache posting WIP on jobs in a cost-only environment. Essentially the job is setup to control internal purchasing processes with no anticipated sales invoicing.

So each Job Planning Line only has estimated costs with a Sales Price of zero. NAV however insists on calculating the WIP costs as if there is a Contract(Total Price), a Schedule(Total Price) and a Contract(Invoiced Price). Within the environment none of these fields have a value as we are not actually selling anything - the end consequence being that it calculates WIP as zero.

There are various workarounds such as raising various dummy documents or forcing values into these fields and then removing them but I would be interested to hear from anyone else who has had this problem or indded thoughts on this issue.
