Report Output <> Report Preview

Hi Guys,
I am using the reporting services layouts for a multi-data item level, multi-page report, when printing the 13 pages are printed fine, but preview produces just 3 pages and ignores the page breaks.

Am I missing something in the report layouts for preview vs printed output?

    Hey David,

I had a similar thing happen once. There is a button at the top of the report viewer I needed to press.
    Maybe give that a try?

    Hi David,
In Nav 2009 preview doesnt look the same as printed copy. In order find out the number of pages in the preview screen,There is a "print layout" button at the top of the preview screen.Click on that to see the number of pages. There is also the Zoom out tool on the preview tool bar.For easy understanding run any of the Standard nav report and preview it and see the how the tool bar is shown on the preview screen.
