which is the Best Method of sending Mails from Navision

Hi all,

We can send mails from Navision through any of the below mentuined ways.

1.SMTP Mail
2.Mail.
3.'Microsoft Navision Mail'.IMessage
4.'Microsoft Outlook 11.0 Object Library'.MailItem

which one is best recommended and why?

SMTP Mail is recommended, as you don't need an installation of Outlook.

Hi Luc,

But when we use SMTP Mail, it is showing some error as mentioned below.

"The SMTP mail system returned the following error.(0X8004020E).The server rejected the sender address."

But with outlook , i can able to send/Receive mails.

Do u have any idea of why this error is coming?
