problem due to stx file

When I tried to create a backup then got an error
There are errors in the text conversion (text no. 1965-0 does not exist in the .stx file). Internal error: 47-1
Now when i checked the various stx files then got to know that 1965-0 is present in Nav5 so in irder to create backup Can I replace stx file of Nav4 sp3 that by stx of Nav5

No, it means, that the DB was already opened with newer version of NAV than you are trying to backup it in. (e.g. by restoring backup done on NAV 5 through NAV 4 client). It means there is version mismatch. Open the DB with NAV 5 and create the backup.
