RDLC Deserialization Failed

Hello there,
Today the rdls reports surprised me with the Deserialization Failed error (actualy it's shown as warning in VS). I tried to Create Layout Suggestion and instead of the Report Design, i got a html, containing the error. Have someone experienced this and is there any way to find why this happens. Not so painful but it's much easier to design layout with some base, not from scratch.
