i've created an sales order and would like to post, but when i post i get this error item tracking entries are missing
i do not know where to check.
Not to be rude, but your company should send you on some of the Navision courses (Overview, Essentials).
Check each of your lines to see whether the item is set up for item tracking.
For the items that requires tracking, you should click Line, Item Tracking Lines.
