Attachement of Document to Sales Order

Is there any options to attch the document with any sales order Because Through link we can attach only local systems file its not showing to other users.
Is there any possibility to do this.

    Create a network path to which all users have access and let them put there the documents they want to attach. It is also easier to make backups.
