EDI Not Creating ASN Summary

Hi everybody,

I'm in the middle of an EDI implementation using Lanham's product, and my solution center isn't able to help. They're going to pass the buck to Lanham but time is of the essence, so if anyone knows the answer, I'd really appreciate it.

We're running NAV 5.0 and I think EDI version SE0.50.67.

No matter what I do, I can't get an ASN Summary to be created! I've tried Releasing the BOL, updating and releasing the Summary before and after checking the BOL to be EDI... nothing.

Here are the steps I’m taking…

1. Create the Sales Order from Received Document
2. Quote shipping with Rateshop
3. Release the Order
4. Functions / E-ship / Create Bill of Lading
5. Pack the Order (while testing I’m using Pack All and then Close Order)
6. Mark the Bill of Lading as EDI ASN
7. From the Bill of Lading Update the Summary, the Release Bill of Lading and Summary
8. Since at this point ASN Summary is still blank, I have to go in the back door and change the existing Summary to an ASN summary
9. Send EDI 856

What am I doing wrong?
