MDS (Master Database Services) installation

Hi folks,

SQL Server 2008 r2
Windows Server 2008 r2
both 64 bit

Re Installing "Master Data Services (MDS)"

coming to the "System Settings" page
I mistakely clicked "Exit" without proceeding "Web Configuration"

Restart "Start -> Configuration Manager"
(I'm administrator. No user created)
-> Database -> Select Database -> Connect -> OK

coming back to "System Settings" page, but I can't select "Web Configuration"

Do I need to perform "Create Profile"? TIA
