It's possible to users post on same time?

If one user is posting a transfer order and another is posting a sales or purchase order, is any way to post both of them one the same time.
Both of documets have a lot of lines

No. The way Nav works now, one of the two users will eventually lock some ledger table and the other one will have to wait (assuming no deadlocks or timeouts). The only thing you can do is optimize your database to shorten the posting duration. But this also depends on your documents.

It depends on what you mean with "at the same time". Of course there might be some locking restrictions, but because you're already on SQL there are some possibilities to improve the system behaviour in some cases.
