A Valid Licence was not found

Version :: NAV 4 SP3 SQL Server :: 2005
I Installed Business analytics Advanced.
Now when I have to change the licence. I run the configurator .
First step is ok.. where I choose the language.
In Second step when i select the licence folder (Client in C:)
and database. (Default BA database). I get the error
"A Valid Licence was not foound."
* The Licence is Clients Licence with modules 7020,7021
* It is Renamed as fin.flf.
* This Licence file is also imported in navision.
Please help it out .... Thanks in advance.

I've never dealt with BA personally but have seen some of our guys run into this same issue on customers sites and I think the said one of the problems was BA client and DB on different machines..
I could be out to lunch though...
