No "Last Companies" to choose between

Hi all.
I have i Customer that doesn't have any companies to chosse between when opening Files
I have tried to delete the ZUP-file -> No effect
I have tried giving tha ZUP-file an ID -> No effect.
When i go to thier server - there are som to choose between, so i am confused.
Anyone with an idea?
