How to Import a lot of txt files ??

Here i have a bunch of txt files and i wants to Import all files data at same time in table.
Any ideas???

We have created one form, which will be populating from the text files that we want to import through dataport.
In the form there is one command button, from where we are calling dataport.

Now the Salute gave us a suggestion and we are trying on that..!!!

And we have just write a few lines on the command button, so till now we are not getting any errors, if we are stuck to anywhere, we will post the error, else we will make this post solved.
