I want to know if sombody know where to get the information related to the purpose of each table in Navision.

Then at the help, choose tab "index".
Then type, for example, Sales Header. You will find an entry Sales Header (table). It has a general description and a link to a list of the fields of the table. Pick it up from there. For some tables and/or fields you will see a description "The program uses this Internally". For these, if you are a developer you can see where they are used and how...
