I registered a Sales credit Memo fo one Item "X" and I need update the field "Quantity Remmain" in table Item Ledger entry, but this field is showing the quantity before register credit memo even though the quantity in Inventory has been correctly.
for instance: Inventory => Item X at 6/15/2010 = 18un
Inventory after the register of Sales Credit Memo 2un at 6/16/2010 = 20un
Quantity remmain at 6/16/2010 = 18un - I need that quantity has been 20un.
for instance: Inventory => Item X at 6/15/2010 = 18un
Inventory after the register of Sales Credit Memo 2un at 6/16/2010 = 20un
Quantity remmain at 6/16/2010 = 18un - I need that quantity has been 20un.

Ok so Your Item card shows 18
You post a credit memo for 2
the item card should show 20
But you're saying it's not & it's still showing 18?
Are 2 pcs on some new order?
Do you have multiple locations?
Did you post the credit memo (2) to a different location?0 -
No My Item chart had showed 18pcs
after post credit memo of 2pcs it showed 20pc (correct)
The problem is: in the Table Item Ledger entry the fild "Quantity Remmain" shows 18pcs when should show 20pcs, since that I posted 2pcs by credit memo.0 -
filter on the Qty Remaining column for <>0
you should have 2 entrys
1 with 18 & 1 with 2 = 200 -
Ok. I see the entries. Now I want post a Purchase credit memo that invoice Purchase posted with 20pcs and use the option "Appl.-to Item Entry" but the invoice purchase just have 18pcs quantity remmain in that invoice e 2pcs in another line and so I don't appl. by more one line, just one. Did you understand me?0
