Abnormal page break on report

I am customizing a report which include two languages layout within one report.
I haven't put any page break on the report and all the data should be printed together on one page.

However, the report has forced to break into two pages.
Could it be some kind of outstanding control would affect the report on forced page break?
My NAV version is NAV 2009 6.0 SP1

You can always check your pagetype (letter, A4, ...), margins, sectionheights, ...
