Order Planning works in Classic but not in RTC

Hello,

one of our customers is trying to use the order planning. The function "calculate plan" works, but if she presses
"make orders" nothing happens.

But only in the RTC. In classic client it works fine (same windows login). I deleted the zup file, the PersonalizationStore.xml,
Table Profile Metadata, User Personalization. Nothing worked.

For the other users with the same role it works fine.

If she logs onto another database (same client and server) it works fine.

Any more ideas what the problem might be?
