Account Schedule Name

Hello Friends,

I am using NAV 4.0, i have an problem in Finance Management-> Analysis Reporting in the Acc Schedule Name we define the acc for the current year 2010-11. now i again define the new schedule name B & S 2010 in whcih i have to copy the data which is havein in the scheduke name DEFAULT.

I can do it manually by copying one line but the no of lines rae in these are more than 500 so pls help me on it.
