Hi All,
I want to know that in which circumstances a single Production Order will show the sub-components (Replenishment System = Manufacturing) along with the finished good item (Say Bicyle).

I am working with Cronus database with header of the Production Order showing Item in the Source Type field. Here I select Bicyle as item in Source No. field.

I think you have to use the "Replan" function and do it on all levels. I did never use this function as for most customers it deemed not very transparent. But maybe its worth a try ...
