Microsoft navision automation

Hello guys ,
i am new to Microsoft navision. i want to know how to automate the daily revenues from a certain application using say a (php + mysql) . I know xml webservices can do but not sure on Navision .
Secondly i need Navision demo software to practice where can i get that software?
i went to microsoft it is navigating me to purchase page.So please answer my queries.
