New Company Setup

Dear Friends,

Can u give me the steps for creating new company, from demo database,
and which are the tables required to copy from old(demo) company, and other guidelines to
setup a fresh new company from demo company.

I did these steps:
1) created new company.
2) Import G/L Account.

what is the setup checklist, how to use it, which are the necessary table, i have to copy from the old(demo) company to new company?.

If u can suggest me what can i do next for running smooth navision 2009 sp1.

Ya Training seems to be the best bet
