Dates not being formatted correctly (for ONE person)

I have an issue with dates on my RTC reports.
and get this... for ONE person... and i cant track it down...
When I (or the rest of the office ) run a report in RTC our dates (Posting Date) show up as MM/dd/yyyy.
Funny, in Classic, the same report value comes out as MM/dd/yy... but thats ok.. dont care if the year is 2 or 4 digit.
But when this ONE person runs a report... doesnt matter what report (as long as it is in RTC )
his dates are dd/mm/yyyy.
I have checked:
Objects are the same. Checked version/time and date stamps.
There is 10 of us... and all have local machines set up...
Our regional settings are the same...
The field on the report we have been testing with has a format of 'd', which is the Short Date format.. MM/dd/yyyy.
What else can I check?
Like I said .. 99% of the office has no issue as it shows up in Short Date format...
What did this person do or change to be flipping the days/months incorrectly...

I recommend to check again the local settings. It must be there...0

Try having the user delete thier personalization settings under Role Center. It's a drop menu on the far right.Joe0
