Lanham and inbound ACK 997's, 816 Org relation, 864 text msg

I have been working on a number of maps for inbound 850 and outbound 810, 856 and 997 with various trading partners all of which vary in there usage marginally.

I am struggling with 997 inbound on how to update the status to acknowledged for the previously sent 856 and 810.

Other messages such as the 816 and 864 would be useful to process as some customers would like to send them.

Does anyone have examples on these map and be willing to export example from system or print the doc map so that I can re-key it

I am using Nav 5 sp1 and Lanham gen2

997 inbound comes with the standard database under the Simple Generic trading partner.

816, 864, and any other documents are done as a standard import, then using reports to report off of the imported data.

what about using the I_SLSCUS code unit 14002401 (E.D.I. Update Org Relationship) to load the 816 data in?

for the 997 inbound - i have no simple generic trading partner. is that something you need to load up to get the map?

Why exactly do you need to load in 816? Most of the time, it's useless data. Even if there's a warehouse change, the trading partner will make a big deal out of it and send out a notice 6 months beforehand.

You can get the generic trading partner from the Lanham demo database.
