Error Creating Notes in RTC (mynotes)

When all non-super users try to create a note in RTC (on a sales order, customer etc) and hit "notify", they get an error (red box with x, no message). Super users can create notes and notify other users fine. Are we missing a permission on the All User role?

    Have you checked the SQL Permissions?

    for the RTC, users need to be assigned the "Basic" Role. The permission might come from there.

    From the error i can understand that , Record link table is modified.
    Use the standard Record link table and check wether you could able to send notifications or not.
