Automation Server table is stuck...?

Hi everybody,
A customer which I work for, installed a File-Server-System. After that a problem occured. The attached files in the interaction Log Entries won't open anymore. All the links in the attachement table have been changed and pointing to the right directories. When I try to show a Word-document which is linked to a Interaction Log Entry nothing happens and Navision is stuck. The only option is to shut-down Navision by the task-manager. This is done in a Terminal-server environment. When I approche the database not from the terminal server I can open the attachements.
When I debug the problem, the problem occurs when the system want to open the "Automation Server" table. After that Navision stops :-(
The problem also occurs when a Global variable is added with the DataType Automation. When I use the Lookup-button to show the automation servers, Navision stops working...
Does any one know the reason why the system stops?
