Is there anywhere I can get an Investment Management module on Microsoft Dynamics? It is similar to the fixed assets; instead of depreciating it should appreciate.

Assets such as Properties, Yachts, Boats, Paintings etc?

Also why do you say they would only ever appreciate... I mean in the perfect world this would be true, but the can depreciate and require upwards/downwards revaluing as well...
