How to add RADIO button in the page.
please give me suggestions.

You cannot do this with the page designer.
If it is crucial for your interface you can look at Client Add-ins, but that is using a cannon to kill a muskito I guess.

How much more detail do you need.
NO it is not possible in the page designer.
Use google on "Client Add-In" to learn more about this feature in NAV2009.
