I am not sure how is it coded to be honest. I am depicting it the way as the Keys in a table are shown, and they seem not to have any limits in terms of characters. I am not sure how it can be done though in Navision. I have thought of text variable as well but was not sure whether that was the optimal solution.
Let's take for example a table whose primary key is field1, field2, field3.
When setting up the primary key one clicks on the button and finds a list form in which one has to set all the fields, one under each other. Once set the user clicks ok and the list of fields which make up the primary key will show up one by each other. I need to recreate the same funcitonality for a field in a table.
A clear example would be the primary key of the Gen. Journal Line table.

Txt1
Txt2
Txt3
The resulting line should Txt1,Txt2,Txt3
fulltext := Txt1+','+Txt2+','+Txt3;
You mean some thing like this?
or ('%1,%2,%3',Txt1,Txt2,Txt3);
