Nav5.0 SP1 crashes in Windows 7

I am getting Nav 5.0 sp1 crashes in Windows 7.
When a programmed error ie "Sales Order does not meet minimum order qty." happens
After OKing the error I get an error from Nav that asks me to go online to check the problem and close Program OR
close program. I have to start the program again.
This only happens in windows 7 and even with code that has been running for 2 years on XP.
Anybody have amy ideas?
