Permission problem

Dear all,

We added two users ( 'a' and 'b' ) to a new role 'X'

Problem for User 'a'
User 'a' used to assign menusuites to other users using ALT+F12

After assigning menusuites when user 'a' compiled it, NAV threw permission error as

You don't have permission to modify Company Menusuite

I checked Role X for that permission. It was there.

I Sync. all logins .... didn't help me

I deleted the ZUP file and tried again,it went in vain


Problem for User 'b'
User 'b' used to work in HR module

Everything is working fine for user 'b'

But when user 'b' change something in a form, it threw an error

Combination Of user id and password is incorrect.....

I checked User 'b' Username and password ... It's correct

I Sync. all logins .... didn't help me ](*,)

I deleted the ZUP file and tried again,it went in vain :-k

What can i do now?
