Can anybody provide a brief idea about the Letter of Credit functionality is used in NAV 5.0?

    Yup! They have developed a base function for the L/C in indian localisation and it is linked to Orders (purchase/sale). It will vary from the transaction type (Purchase/sale), Type of LC, Type of credit limit. Check the functional pdf docs for putting entries and how does it works.
