Zup Files getting corrupted constantly

I hope someone had this problem before:

I started having constant problem with my citrix users because the Zup file get corrupted and the labels on the warehouse start printing wrong. I got the software:

* Navision Version US 3.10B (3.70.A). I got
* Citrix Program Neighborhood on my client version 9.00.32649 (128 bit SSL)

The icons have this code on Target:
"M:\Program Files\Navision37\Client\fin.exe" servername=nav_svr,nettype=tcp,id=m:\Zup Files\%username%

    Few days back i got same problem....dont know what to do. and the problem was for perticular client only rest of all r working fine. than i changed operating system and reinstall client with another setup. i know it is not proper way to do it...but we dont have much time to do other things....

    It is actually pretty similar because it only happens to some particular citrix users.

    Let me create new accounts for the users with more problems
