Office 2010 problem open mails in Interact. Log En.

Hi everybody,

whene e-mail logging is active, you can open e-mails in the Interaction Log Entries by clicking "Show"
and Outlook displays the mail of the public exchange folder.

This doesn't work on Office 2010 machines (never mind if 32 or 64 Bit).
There is always this message: "The e-mail has been deleted."

The NSAppHandler.dll, which is used in table 5062 in function DisplayInOutlook, is registered correctly.

I think this component wants to use the CDO library, which cannot be installed on Office 2010.

Does anybody knows a workaround?

Hi

Found your post via search and just wanted to update it with a solution.

A hotfix for this particular error (NAV 2009 with Outlook 2010) is avaiable via Partner Source KB2291071

Ask your partner for it and you will get a NSAppHandler.dll file to replace your current one on this location:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\Application Handler

(But it's placed on the client machines, so I hope you have access group policies or something to push it onto your client installations)
