change font size of a dialog box

Hello,

Is it possible to change the font size of a dialog box. When I use the function Window.open then the dialog box is displaying me a editable number that the user can edit if he wants to. But sometimes it is hard to distingish a 3 from an 8 because the number is automatically selected. If the font size was at least doubled, than it would be much easier to see the numbers.

Never thought about it before :-k
I always thought it was controlled by the individual PC settings: start-control panel->display->display properties->appearance
