Looking for Sales/CRM add-ons for NAV 5.0

Hey everybody,

We have NAV 5.0 with the built-in CRM add-on.

Other than MS Dynamics CRM, are there any other add-ons to simplify the work of the Sales Force?

MS CRM is a bit too pricey, and I've been asked to investigate... searching google didn't yield too many results.

Depends on what you would like to simply. What is nav not doing that you would like it to do?

Well, the main complaint is NAV isn't easy to use by the sales reps, and the owner wants an easy menu that tells the reps what they have to do and when, and something that reminds them when they need to do it, and set follow up reminders as well.

Other than that, he's looking for good ideas to help the reps sell more (a bit vague, I know).

I would also contact your MS NAv solution center. Consult with them about your needs and have them write up a proposal.
