Reports run extremly slowly on NAV 4.0 SP3 Win 7

Hello experts!
Our client has NAV 4.0 SP3 build 29723, and is gradually switching to Windows 7 OS. The computers that already have Win 7 installed run reports extremely slowly (for several hours). I tried to search the forum but didn't find anything, so if anybody has some idea how to solve this, I would really apreciate it.
