Sold Quantity still shown as Remining Quantity

Dear Friends,

I have an issue with an Item Ledger entry. An output was produced and sold on the same day.
But the remaining quantity against the output still shows the full output quantity.

I have noticed this because prior to this output, there was no stock for that item.

Can anybody help me on this?

The sale entry does also have full remaining quantity?

No, the Remaining Quantity against Sales is shown as zero.
But against Output, the Remaining quantity is full output quantity.

The sales line was reserved with a purchase order or another positive inbound inventory ?

But I cannot find any related entry in the reservation entry table.

Hi friends, I think there is some issue with that Sales transaction.
The link between the Output & Sale was the Lot No.
But that is already provided by the end user in the Sales transaction and can be seen in the Posted Sales Invoice.
Now, I tried to sale the output quantity once again and the sale transaction got posted and the remaining quantity
against the output is shown as zero.

But where could be the issue in the first Sales Entry?
