Web service Access problem

I installed Nav2009 with RTC in Windows Xp. when i start the Nav Business web service & Run the explorer with
http://localhost:7047/dynamicsNAV/WS/services
i got the problem _>

    Have you got this all setup locally on one machine. Also, what account are you running the Web Service service under? Is it the NETWORK SYSTEM account or an actual service account user on a domain?

    this service is running under the account NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService,


    when check the service on browser that i give the local system account with out password

    i check the service status, Serivce running without error. but show error on brower.


    how to remove above problem give me suggestion.?

    yes all Installation on Local machine (Windows Xp OS).
