How to display the inventory of a item at a location

Hi Experts,

I want to have a field for display purposes in the firm planned production order.I have to show the invnrtory of the item at particlaur location.

We have the souce no,& location code(posting tab).Based on that i have to juts display the invnetory of that item that location.

Please help me in ahciveing that.

I know on Item card,we have item availiabity by location.Bt how do i pass the values from this form to the firm planned production order.

What about looking on the field on the item table, how it is calculated/defined and use same way in your table? How much experiences you have in NAV programming? Have you some co-workers with more experiences? Calculating item inventory on some location is basic knowledge for someone working with NAV as developer... :whistle:
