EDD-Magnetic Media File

We upgraded from Nav 3.6 to 5.01. We use to generate the Magmedia file to send it to the EDD (California). The process ran perfect in 3.6 but now in 5.01 the QuarterlySutaWages column is blank. Does anybody know how to fix it???.
