Office 2010 Pro Plus

Hi,
We have a customer who is going to be doing some pilot work on something. For this they need to install Office 2010 Pro Plus.
They are on 3.70 at the moment. Whilst they will be intending to go to 2009 (classic) in the future does anybody know if there would be compatibility issues if they set up Office 2010 Pro Plus and 3.70 in the same environment for their pilot project.
