Multicurrency Application

Hi there,
I'm confuse about how to make an application between payment and invoice with different currency. Let's say my LCY is "IDR", invoice curr is "JPY" and payment curr is "USD".
I have invoice 400 JPY (1 JPY = 200 IDR)
and I make a payment 70 USD (1 USD = 10000 IDR)
Does my payment can settle the whole invoice amount? and is there any gain or loss in this scenario?
