Automatic updates all exchange rate in Nav 5.0

Hi all,

I am recently assigned to find out how to updates exchange rate on daily basis for all the companies we have. Is there anyway we can allow users to update the list of exchange rate in a form and automatically updates to all the companies within the same company lets said if we have 30 compaines under the same database. Right now, finance need to go to every company and update the exchange rate daily for each currency which is really takes a lot of time.

Appreciate if someone can give me some idea how to do this. Thanks.

You can change DataPerCompany property to No on the related table's properties.
