How to Customize the Links FactBox?

I would like to reorder the columns on the Link FactBox. Clicking on the 'Harry Potter' sign only shows Open and Remove, but nothing like Customize ....

Am I wanting something impossible?

As far as I know, you cannot customize the System parts (Notes, Links, Outlook..) for NAV RT Client. You can customize the Outlook system part with limitations (go to Role Center and press the 'Harry Potter' sign, you will find the customize option).

Let's see if anyone has better idea...

I logged a Service Request at PartnerSource, but the issue was closed as "By Design" as it was not considered an error. It should be considered as a design changed so I entered it as a product suggestion on msconnect: Customizing the Links FactBox.

If you also think, as I do, this should be implemented please give your vote there.

Maybe Microsoft have future plans to extend the Links functionality further which is why at this stage we don't have any access to customise this System Part
